好像主动语态也行
2.My head hit the table.
那么这也对？
3.The table hit my head.
这是“标准答案”
4.I hit my head at the table.
为什么要这么用，别的错在哪里？

这个绝对正确：
My head hit the table.
hit的过去式就是hit；was是be动词的过去式，hit是实义动词，be动词和实义动词不能放在一起。

个人感觉这里用hit不好，hit好像带有主动地意味，有一个动作在里面。不知是考试题目还是别的翻译，看看这个My head bumped into the table ，有道翻译的。
